Great spacious rooms with a comfortable feel. An exceptional street food restaurant in the garden that I thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast offered an impressive variety each day, keeping things flavorful and interesting.

The condition of the bathroom fixtures left something to be desired, with visible mildew and rust present. I encountered issues with billing practices, particularly regarding currency conversion that felt misleading, leading to lengthy reimbursement talks. Stains on carpets and curtains contributed to an overall sense of neglect in upkeep.

this hotel is a great choice for budget travelers. the rooms are spacious and comfy. The staff treats you nice and helpful. we also enjoyed the breakfast variety, kept it fresh and flavorful. it's in a good location near the highway for airport access, which is super convenient. overall, it was a pleasant stay and we'll def be back to visit family.

the rooms felt a bit dated, and sometimes the service could be slow. also, i wish the management paid more attention to guest needs during busy times.

Had a fantastic stay with a delicious breakfast spread every morning and a delightful pizza at the Italian restaurant after a long day. The spa and sauna were perfect for relaxation after exploring the city. Just wish the bathroom could use a bit of freshening up, but it didn’t really take away from how nice the stay was. 😄

the gokulam was a great choice for our family. it's only a few minutes drive from our relatives, and the location is convenient for reaching the highway. the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the wellness therapies were truly rejuvenating.
